Founder, Senior Managing Partner

Prior to entering the private sector, Stone served as a USAF Combat Controller for eight years alongside Special Operations Forces in multiple combat theaters around the world. Following his service in the USAF, Stone found a home for his world class communication skills and his go-getter drive as an Account Executive and has been submerged in the technology business development sector, with experience managing $100M+ books of combined business for OEM and Government entities.

Al Smith
Founder, Senior Managing Partner

Al has over 15 of experience as a serial Entrepreneur and Startup Founder with a track record of successful exits. Prior to working in early stage ventures, Al worked in Institutional Finance, assisting in capital raising efforts for companies in both the public and private markets through private placements, 144A transactions, IPOs, and follow-on offerings in industries spanning Technology, Defense, Industrials, FIG and Healthcare.
